About Wendy

Dr. Wendy Lafever Jordanov is an award-winning educator who has spent decades studying the science of stress, behavior change, and human well-being. With a PhD in Educational Psychology and Research and a career mentoring hundreds of students as a college professor, Wendy translates complex research into "gentle practices" that actually work for the modern woman.

Now retired from academia, Wendy is dedicated to helping women defy the "gravity" of midlife—the exhaustion, overwhelm, and hormonal shifts—to reclaim a life that feels calmer, lighter, and more energized. Based in Northern Nevada near the shores of Lake Tahoe, Wendy balances her work with her most important roles: being a wife and a mother to two teenage boys.
