  • Profile Data: Responses to Self-Reflection Questionnaires, Brainstorm Questionnaires, and Evaluations.

  • Financial Data: All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically via Squarespace cookies.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to:

  • Deliver and personalize your 15-day course or mentoring session.

  • Process transactions and send order confirmations.

  • Send "Practice of the Day" emails (you may opt-out at any time).

  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

  • Educational Context: Dr. Wendy Lafever Jordanov holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and Research. The information you share in questionnaires or sessions is not protected by therapist-patient privilege. Neither Wendy Jordanov nor Everwysh LLC provide any treatment or therapy. All information provided is strictly for educational and inspirational purposes.

  • Privacy of Sessions: We do not record One-on-One Mentoring sessions unless expressly requested by the client for personal review.

  • Sensitivity: We treat your questionnaire responses with high sensitivity and do not share your personal reflections with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who perform services for us (e.g., Squarespace, Stripe, Google Workspace).

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our community.

5. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS (SB-220)

We comply with the Nevada Privacy Law. Nevada residents may submit a formal request to opt-out of any future sale of their information (though we currently do not sell data) by emailing help@everwysh.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

Our website and offerings are intended for women in midlife. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13 (or under age 18), we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 7. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use cookies to maintain your session and understand site traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the 15-Day Course portal may not function properly as a result.

8. DATA RETENTION & YOUR RIGHTS

We retain your data for as long as your account is active (Lifetime Access) or as needed to provide services. You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request that we correct or delete your personal data.

  • Withdraw consent for email marketing via the "Unsubscribe" link.
